The Contest runs from 12:01am on June 3rd, 2019 to 11:59pm on July 31st, 2019 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec residents) who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Persons who are employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, mandatories or other members of Emerson’s staff that assist in the operation of the Contest (or are domiciled with any such persons) may not enter the Contest.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Contest you must accept these Terms & Conditions and successfully complete the quiz at https://www.emersoncanada.ca/sensi-egift during the Contest Period. Each entrant that successfully completes the quiz will receive one entry into the Contest. Only one entry per person is permitted.

There are a total of 100 $5 CAD Tim Hortons e-gift cards prizes available in the Contest, ( the “Prizes”). The total value of the Prizes is $500 CAD. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes have no cash value and are awarded “as is” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee. The chances of winning one of the Prizes depends on the number of eligible entries received by Emerson during the Contest Period.

All claims are subject to validation by Emerson. Emerson reserves the right to request additional information to validate any claim. Emerson is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, or incomplete claims and may reject a claim for any reason. Emerson reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or adjust the dates of this promotion at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a virus, bug, computer problem, fraud, or other causes beyond Emerson’s control corrupting the administration or security of the promotion. Emerson may prohibit a person from participating in the promotion if, in its sole discretion, it determines the person is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by fraud, deception, or failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
